I thought a lot about the space between my back molars... As I ascended, I thought about "raising the top jaw" and increasing the space between my back molars. I also thought a lot about not adding pressure as I went further into the phrase, almost feeling like I'm lightening up as I went on.
I worked on Cruda sorte, and on the faster areas, I realized that I was struggling with articulating my consonants and maintaining high vowels at the same time, so I slowed things down, worked on just the vowels, and thought of maintaining high vowel space while articulating the consonant sounds in the very front tip of my mouth.
